Rear window

This is my favourite Alfred Hitchcock film. I think the cinematography is excellent. Alfred Hitchcock of course made psycho a classic thriller. this is also a thriller.

The plot is:
Photagrapher L.B. "Jeff" Jeffries is confined to his small apartment with a broken leg.To pass the time,he watches the goings-on of his motley assortment of neighbors--a frustrated yet fun-loving composer,a middle-aged couple with a small dog,a dancer who seems to enjoy practicing her routines while scantily clad,a pair of reclusive newlyweds,a lonely woman who seems to live in a fantasy world, and a salesman and his invalid wife. One day the wife inexplicably disappears, and the salesman starts doing things that lead Jeff to suspect that he may have murdered her.Unfortunately,he has no proof and no one seems to believe him.Eventually, however, things start falling together in a way that make it look like Jeff might just be right after all. Finally he,his girlfriend Lisa and his nurse Stella come up with a plan to catch the killer red-handed. But doing so could put all of their lives in danger.

Arizona dream

this film is an another of Emir kusturicas creactions it is also very good and you see a that the director has something with silly machines like the wheel chair in black white cat and all of the flying machines in this film.

the plot is:

An Innuit hunter races his sled home with a fresh-caught halibut. This fish pervades the entire film, in real and imaginary form. Meanwhile, Axel tags fish in New York as a naturalist's gofer. He's happy there, but a messenger arrives to bring him to Arizona for his uncle's wedding. It's a ruse to get Axel into the family business. In Arizona, Axel meets two odd women: vivacious, needy, and plagued by neuroses and familial discord. He gets romantically involved with one, while the other, rich but depressed, plays accordion tunes to a gaggle of pet turtles

My transactional website: Snow + Rock

Introduction on snow and rock
Snow and rock was the idea of skiing and mountain climbing enthusiast Mike Browne. The first snow and rock was built in London in 1982 in Kensington. Snow and rock was run by a bunch of passionate climbers and skiers. Soon a bunch of the staff where known for giving the best product knowledge. It soon became the number one choice for skiers and climbers. Mike Browne retired in 2004 it was then bought by keen skier and entrepreneur Andrew Brownsword. It is now the leading specialists for winter sports in the UK.

Goods on offer
Snow and rock sell goods for sports like skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking. They also sell goods aimed at mountain climbers, campers, runners and swimmers.

They sell skis, snowboards, ski trousers, ski jackets and snowboard equivalents, helmets, ski poles, goggles, bindings for skis and snowboards, rope, belay devices, and harnesses. There is much more on sale on all of the alpine sports but I just gave a short list to give the general idea.

Delicatessen

The movie today is delicatessen it is made by the director of ameileJean-Pierre Jeunet and also the cartoonest Marc Caro who in this film came up with many reveloutionary filming ideas.

The plot is:
The story is centered on a microcosm of a post-apocalyptic society where food is so rare it's invaluable and is used as currency. The story centers on an apartment building with a delicatessen on the ground floor. The owner of the eatery also owns the apartment building and he is in need of a new maintenance man since the original "mysteriously" disappeared. A former clown applies for the job and the butcher's intent is to have him work for a little while and then serve him to quirky tenants who pay the butcher in, of course, grain. The clown and butcher's daughter fall in love and she tries to foil her father's plans by contacting the "troglodytes", a grain eating sub-group of society who live entirely underground. The "trogs" are possibly the most sensible of the lot, as they see food as food and not money. This movie reflects a type of science fiction called la Nouvelle Vague.
